Hello, this is the EECS Undergraduate Office.


The application period for ZEUS leave of absence and return for the 2024 Fall Semester has been announced by the Student Records Team.

Deadline for ZEUS Leave of Absence/Return Applications:


1. General Leave of Absence/Entrepreneurship Leave: By October 18 (Friday)

2. Special Leave of Absence: By December 6 (Friday)

*Please note that checking, reviewing, and processing applications can take considerable time, so the Undergraduate Office will close applications a week before the Academic Affairs Team's deadline. Please adhere to this schedule.



When applying for a leave of absence, if you have any supporting documents related to your reason for application, please be sure to attach them!

If the information is insufficient, the EECS Office may contact you to request additional details.


After submitting your application, please send related emails to the counseling center, your advisor, and the department head to complete the consultation.
