Introduction

  • In the Integrated Circuit Design Lab, we primarily utilize CMOS components to design Analog and Digital circuits, and validate them through semiconductor chip fabrication. This research aims not only to overcome the limitations of existing designs and propose circuits suitable for the next generation but also to develop new circuits required for novel applications. The current main application areas include memory interfaces, high-speed serial interfaces, Analog-to-Digital converter circuits, and we are expanding the scope into various other fields. In this lab, we are conducting research to make integrated circuits used in these areas faster, more accurate, and consume less power.
