Introduction

  • In the Semiconductor Device Simulation Laboratory (SDSL), we are conducting research to automate the development process of semiconductor device technologies. To achieve this goal, we are utilizing our in-house, accelerated TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design) programs.
